About the Founder:
Karen Semone

I'm a digital storyteller, idea incubator, and CXO conviction-builder who is optimistic about AI’s ability to augment, not replace human ingenuity.

I spearheaded Salesforce's first cross-industry innovation studio, accelerating customer transformation and ROI. As an executive thought leader, I’ve spoken on the Future of Work, Service, and AI-Readiness for business transformation.

Previously, I was an agency leader, driving key initiatives at IBM, Slack, Cargill, and other Fortune 500 giants and tech startups. A curious, high-energy tech leader and writer, I'm a true optimist who's witnessed and harnessed AI's power to amplify innovation and human ingenuity in the modern workforce.
